Job Details
Chambers rated Private Practice law firm based in Berkshire are seeking a 2-5 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the department.
The team handles a broad mix of dispute resolution matters and the departments work includes:
Business Disputes & Business and Contract Disputes
Debt Recovery
Residential Land and Property Disputes
Intellectual Property Disputes
Probate and Inheritance Act Claims
Boundary/Neighbour Disputes
Problems with Restrictive Covenants
Disputes with Co-Owners
Construction Disputes
Insolvency Practitioners
Individual & Corporate Insolvency
Declarations of Trust Small Claims (less than £10,000)
Landlords & Tenant Residential Property Disputes
Business Land and Property Disputes
Professional Negligence
This is for someone with ambition for career progression.
Salary up to dependent on experience.
