Job Details
I am currently working with a prestigious North West based law firm who are looking for a Legal Advisor to join their Claimant Credit Hire team.
The role will involve dealing with all aspects of litigated and non-litigated claimant credit hire claims; this will include RTA matters and working in accordance with the CPR. You will be expected to maintain good relationships with clients and to keep all relevant parties regularly up to date.
The successful candidate must have a good working knowledge of the CPR, relevant case law and legislation as well as being able to manage matters in a timely fashion to comply with deadlines. You should be comfortable instructing Counsel and undertaking telephone advocacy.
You will be a Solicitor, FCILEx or unqualified fee earner with at least 3 years experience in claimant credit hire work.
