Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Bedfordshire – up to £20k

A progressive and modern firm seeks an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply for a Training Contract with the firm.
The Firm:
This is a well-established firm with strong local ties in addition to a national presence. They are Lexcel accredited and are well regarded due to the professional services provided by their highly experienced practitioners.
The Role:
The successful applicant will provide support to Solicitors on a varied caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity and Lease extensions . In addition, the successful applicant will undertake administrative functions to including drafting and writing, liaising with clients and third parties, bundling, research and client meetings.
Candidate Specification:
This position would be ideally suited to a motivated Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a minimum of 12 months of experience within conveyancing. It is essential that you can assist on a caseload with minimum supervision in addition to excellent technical ability and client care skills.
A salary of up to £20,000 can be expected however this is dependent on experience.
