Commercial & Infrastructure Lawyer - Bristol or London

Leading specialist law firm with an excellent presence across The South West and London is seeking to expand the Commercial and Infrastructure. Department. Specialist law firm that has a superb reputation and provides legal services to a range of Public Sector clients and also household names across the Private Sector.

The department handles a range of commercial work, much of it arising from procurement of infrastructure projects or service provision. The broader department is involved in a wider variety of commercial and complex contracting work: joint ventures, construction and engineering; outsourced service provision; new forms of delivery and funding of works, infrastructure and front and back office services

Within this role you will be involved in a mix of commercial work across a variety of sectors which could range from infrastructure projects, PFI and PPP schemes and front and back office support, procurement support and commercialisation work for local government

The role would suit a Solicitor or Associate working within private practice or in-house at a reputable organisation in the City or regions. You will be expected to have undertaken excellent training/or be proficient in acting on a wide range of commercial work encompassing the private and public sectors.
