Role: Private Client Lawyer

An opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a well-established firm of solicitors, looking to expand their Private Client department based in Greater London.

The role

You will be responsible for managing your own full and varied caseload of Private Client matters including probate, wills, trusts, estate planning, court protection and other areas of wills and probate work. My client has an existing work load however the successful candidate will also be comfortable generating own work.

Candidates must be commercially focused, with excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a flair for negotiation and relationship building, and be comfortable in providing independent advice.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Must be either a Qualified solicitor NQ-5 PQE
• At least 2 years' experience dealing with a range of Private Client matters

Preferred:

• STEP qualification would be highly desirable
• Managerial or supervisory experience would be a bonus

• Practical, solution-focused approach
• Commercial awareness
• Comfortable with networking and business development activities
