Job Title: Medical Negligence Solicitor

Salary range: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Location: Manchester

I am currently working with a leading multi-services law firm based in Manchester, who are growing rapidly to become a dynamic, vibrant and exciting law firm. Due to this continuous growth, they are now looking for career driven and enthusiastic Fee Earner to join their Healthcare team.

The role will involve managing your own caseload of complex cases. Applications are invited from both Defendant and Claimant Paralegals with Clinical Negligence experience.

This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Fee Earner/Solicitor who are looking to take the next step in their career with a leading UK law firm

Required Skills & Experience:

• Managing a caseload of litigated and non-litigated clinical negligence files
• Issuing proceedings on a volume of files
• Maximising revenue opportunities
• Drafting legal documents including witness statements
• Liaising with barristers to prepare trial bundles
• Working towards settlement and billing targets
• Client networking
• Advising and mentoring junior fee earners
