The Corporate and Commercial department is fundamental to the ongoing success of the organisation and are privileged to work with an impressive client base including a number of dynamic entrepreneurial and owner managed business across a range of industry sectors. 

As such, we are looking to appoint outstanding individuals who will support these exciting growth plans.  Opportunities exist at a range of different levels/seniority for individuals who really are looking to progress their careers with a true market leader.  You will be based at the Darlington office with flexibility to work from other offices spread across the North East region.

• You will manage and lead a broad range of activities including Business Sales, Purchases, Mergers and Acquisitions, Shareholder and Service Agreements, Corporate Finance, Intellectual Property, Franchising etc.
• To grow and develop the client base, raising the bar and providing an outstanding customer services experience at all times.
• To undertake appropriate business development and marketing activities as required to further grow the company’s client base.
• As such, you will be have an outstanding background (ideally c 5+ years PQE) in Corporate and Commercial Law within a dynamic environment.
• Pragmatic, commercial and intuitive, you will be the type who enjoys a dynamic fast paced environment and has a passion for business excellence.
