Family Lawyer

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Family solicitor who is a Child Panel Member.

THE FIRM

Warrens Law & Advocacy is a multi-office based in London and Sussex and has grown substantially over the last three years with ambitious plans for further development South London.

This role is with the team in South East London and you will be working with an experienced team of family lawyers who are dedicated to providing a first class service to our clients.

THE ROLE

This role is suited to an ambitious Family Solicitor (3 years + PQE who has attained Childrens Panel membership.

As part of a highly specialised team, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload consisting predominantly of public Children Act proceedings from instruction to final hearings to include attendance at PLOs, EPO hearings and special guardianship application hearings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who seeks management responsibility in due course including possible partnership at some point. The role is full time and a permanent position

THE CANDIDATE

As well as being on the Childrens panel you will be a skilled advocate with the ability to handle a demanding caseload with minimal supervision, have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels. An ability to generate your own clients through established contacts will be useful.

SALARY

Market rate depending upon the successful candidate's experience with bonus and flexible working.
