Job Details
This is a rare opportunity to join a successful and established law firm at a senior level. The role is open to senior candidates from either a legal or other professional services background.
You will be joining the firm as an integral part of the senior management team and will play an important role in the future development of the firm, helping to deliver smooth operating processes and generally ensuring the efficiency of the firm’s operations. You will be fully involved in the general running of the practice, including HR, business development and administrative duties, including responsibility for supplier contracts. You should also be familiar with the financial side of the business.
The role will also support the Partners in delivering the firm’s strategy and in providing an efficient, friendly and approachable ethos. You will help ensure that standards are met generally for all staff on levels of professionalism and be an ambassador for the firm internally and externally.
You will need to have proven leadership / management skills gained at a legal or similar professional organisation, though candidates from non-legal backgrounds may also be considered.
It is envisaged that the position will be on a full-time basis, though outstanding part-time applicants may be considered. The post is based in Cardiff, though travel will be required to our other offices.
The package for the successful applicant will be at market rate.
