Residential Property – Qualified Practitioner

Full time or 4 days a week equivalent
Ideally 5 years + PQE.  Able to handle own caseload

We are an established firm looking for an experienced and qualified residential conveyancer to take over the caseload of a solicitor who is retiring. 

Devereux & Co works from two offices in North West Bristol,
one in Westbury on Trym and one in Shirehampton and we undertake conveyancing in both offices. This post is based  in the Shirehampton office. There is definitely the potential to expand our conveyancing practice in this location.
 
We provide an individual service to clients and have a loyal client base in North West Bristol. The right candidate for us is someone who will  work with us in providing the know how to ensure that transactions are dealt with effectively and who will provide the high level of client service expected by our clients.
 
Technical expertise is important for this post as is IT proficiency and experience of using a practice management system.
 
This is a friendly firm in a good location. We have a very high level of staff retention. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients and is looking to provide a more individual conveyancing service.
