This firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing Westminster office, near Victoria Station.

The Role

You will join a team of specialist Property Litigators who have acquired a strong reputation in the market. They are recognised by chambers as leaders in their field and have led numerous seminars and lectures on the subject.

You will handle your own varied caseload, making for an interesting caseload, of; Landlord & Tenant, Party Walls, Right of light, Boundary disputes, Rights of Access, Rights of Way, Basement Disputes and Dilapidation claims. In addition, you will work alongside the broader team on more complex matters.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will a Property Litigation Solicitor between 1 - 4 Years' PQE
• Experience dealing with Central London Property is preferred but not essential
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills
• An exceptional eye for detail is a must
• Salary is above market rate and is negotiable depending on your experience, coupled with an excellent benefits package.
