This highly regarded, leading legal practice in the South East, employ over 220 staff across their nine offices.

They are seeking a Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 experience managing your own caseload, for their well-respected team that punches well above their weight in Seaford, East Sussex.

The Role and You

• You will be an experienced Property Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE - there is no upper limit to the level of PQE and I urge the more experienced to apply, as the firm are making more senior hires as well.
• Additional experience in Wills and/Probate would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Excellent business development and networking skills are essential in order to participate actively in seeking new business, building relationships with potential clients, contacts and referrers and developing the firm as a whole.
• A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills is vital, especially in the context of client care and we are looking for someone who has a positive and friendly manner in dealing with clients and colleagues.

This role is to be based in the firms Seaford, East Sussex office, working closely with the busy team and the wider department. You will be managing instructions from existing clients and dealing with new clients from introduction to conclusion.
