We have a great opportunity for a paralegal to join our legal team to support the Company’s domestic and international development. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Head of Legal and the rest of the legal team and will enjoy accepting and tackling demanding tasks with particular interest in research and analysis of regulatory changes, as well as reviewing, creating and amending a variety of contracts.

This role will report to the Head of Legal and will work in collaboration with senior management within the Company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Data protection policies and procedures
• Research and analysis of regulatory changes
• Managing data protection logs
• Debtor management
• Reviewing and creating standard form company contracts

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

• Experience of working in a legal department or law firm
• Law Degree as minimum and has preferably passed the Legal Practice Course
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask with accuracy
• High level of attention to detail
• Computer literate
