Senior Real Estate Solicitor/Partner

Central Cambridge

Excellent opportunity for senior real estate lawyer to join an expanding and ambitious practice at a senior level.

Experience of development matters would be beneficial but not essential. You will ideally be expected to demonstrate experience of managing and supervising/mentoring more junior members of the team as well as taking an active role in the business development and marketing activities of the department and firm as a whole.

The firm are nationwide with a network of over 4 offices - they are listed in the Legal 500 and are ranked highly in the Chambers across a number of areas. They have been organically growing for a number of years and are currently experiencing huge success in their regional offices as well as a hugely successful expansion . They are a friendly, dynamnic and innovative firm and are far away from the normal Commercial machine. They are progressive and offer really good prospects to candidates to climb up the ladder within the firm.

The firm will consider those at partner level looking to make a lateral move or senior associates looking for somewhere to progress their career with genuine prospects of partnership in the near future.

This represents an opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join an expanding team and to play a key part in the future development and continued success of one of the regions leading firms

Salary based on experience but will be a good market rate for the area and as part of a good overall package including things like bonus schemes, pension schemes and other great perks.
