NQ Industrial Disease Solicitor

About the role?

Ideally, you will be a recent NQ solicitor or a soon to be NQ solicitor looking to join a successful industrial disease team.

The role will involve handling your own industrial disease cases from inception to settlement/trial. You will also gain expose to high value cases whilst assisting on Partner level cases from time to time. The ideal candidate will already have prior experience of handling industrial disease cases and in particular NIHL matters.

You will be involved in advising high profile clients whilst working with co-insurers and co-defendants too.

The ideal candidate will also be a strong litigator, friendly and approachable.
