Comercial Property Solicitor

They currently have a requirement for a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 12 months' PQE to join their team at Bedford.

The firm is known for working in secured lending, land development and the full spectrum of high value transactional commercial property services. They act for clients in both the public and private sectors, including landowners, developers, banks and higher education institutions. If you are an ambitious qualified solicitor with at least 1 years PQE that is looking for the next step in your career, with one of the leading firms in the region that can offer unparalleled career progression then this role could be for you.

The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor will have the ability to work largely unsupervised and should have a proven track record of generating business. Experience of working in a LeXcel accredited firm would be preferable.

Based from their office in Bedford, you will work closely with the Partners managing your own case load, developing client relationships and will be well positioned to establish and build your career long term with this progressive, reputable firm in Bedfordshire.
