Job Details
A friendly and well structured practice based on in the picturesque city of Chester, with a sole focus on Defendant Industrial Disease cases are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor with a focus on asbestos claims to join the team.
You will be responsible for your own caseload of high value complex defendant Asbestos Disease claims, from instruction through to completion. You will work with complete autonomy on all Disease claims including mesothelioma and lung cancer claims and assist the Senior team members on complex and technical asbestos claims when necessary.
You will have ideally in excess of 2 years' PQE and have handled your own asbestos caseload as part of a reputable Industrial Disease department.
The team boasts a vibrant and social environment with clear and generous progression opportunities and offer a competitive salary in line with previous experience (guideline max salary up to £50k).
