Job Details
Opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join this small & local practice based in Lancashire and service a local client base from the surrounding areas. You will need to be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience and have an approachable manner with clients.
This position will involve a real mixed bag of work and will see you deal with anything from basic wills & probate matter right the way through to complex trusts & estates, as well as court of protection and LPA's. The client base will also be varied and see you deal with local clients from the surrounding areas alongside high net worth clients from the wide Lancashire & Greater Manchester region.
Ideally you will be comfortable with business development and able to generate new work for the department, as this law firm rely on their pro-active solicitors to keep income flowing. With this being a local high street firm work/life balance is a real benefit and you will not be expected to work long hours, however the occasional evening surgery will be required.
