This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a Chambers recommended, national firm at their office in Cardiff.  The salary and benefits package on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

My client has offices across the UK and are Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many practice areas, including Employment.  You will join the specialist Employment team that mainly deals with large public organisations, Trade Unions and the Police Federation members.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Claimant Employment matters as well as assisting the wider team on more complex cases.  It is essential that you have the ability to build relationships, give clear, accurate and concise advice as well as being an excellent communicator.  Ideally you will have experience of advising Trade Unions.

Applications are invited from ambitious NQ Employment Solicitors, who have strong experience dealing with discrimination and whistle-blowing cases.  You should have completed at least 6 months of your Training Contract within Employment and if you are already qualified be practising within Employment in your current role.
