Real Estate Paralegal with Training Contract – Newport

My client is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their tier 1 team.

The work of a property Paralegal is varied and includes advising on all aspects of commercial property, dealing with High Net Worth clients.

You will have at least 1 years’ experience working in a Commercial property department, or preferably more. You will come from a solid respected firm.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Land Registry forms, general conveyancing forms and procedural matters such as Land Registry searches, completion statements, financial statements, certificate of title, requisitions and the like.

A training contract will be offered after 1 years good service.

You MUST have Real Estate Experience, the LPC and fit the criteria above to apply.
