Commercial Property Solicitor

A leading Luton based Legal 500 firm who has recently celebrated their 50th successful year of trading are looking to expand their commercial property solciitor offering. 

You will idealy be a qualified solicitor with around 3 to 6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property. Ideally you will have had experience networking within the local high value commercial proeprty environment. The role will be to manage your own caseload of commercial property matters and will require high levels of technical ability, initiative and a high level of importance towards client service. 

Based in their serviced Luton offices, the successful candidate will enjoy a broad mix of work including eposure to Landlord and Tenant transactional matters, some development related work and freehold, leasehold sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, negotiating and drafting commercial leases and secured lending. the high end commercial property work will be sourced from the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire markets with a focus on complex and high value matters.
