Part-Time Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor

A busy Local Authority legal team in the Northern Home Counties is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Care Locum to assist on a part-time basis. The position is to start ASAP for an expected duration of 3 months, with a strong possibility of further extension.

The ideal candidate will need to be confident and experienced in order to hit the ground running with the role. They will be handling a varied caseload covering matters in include, but not limited to, mental capacity, deprivation of liberty, Court of Protection, vulnerable adults and judicial review proceedings.

The successful candidate would gain great exposure to a varied caseload and would enjoy a high level of responsibility with a great deal of client contact.

This role offers an attractive hourly rate of £35 to £40 per hour dependent on experience.
