Residential Property Fee Earner - Ipswich

I am on the lookout for conveyancing solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers for an opportunity at a central Ipswich based firm.

They are a well structured and secure practice with a supportive team environment. This is a great opportunity for experienced property lawyers looking for a working environment with an emphasis on client care with a personal approach to the process as part of a smaller team rather than purely volume bulk caseloads as part of a huge high volume team. Their fee earners handle matters from start to conclusion, allowing for them to be the point of contact for their clients and build up strong relationships. The quality of work coming into the department is high and includes regularly high value transactions due to the firms top rate reputation in property law.

It is essential that any candidate can demonstrate an ability to handle their own caseload of conveyancing transactions from start to finish and have the ability to build up good strong relationships with clients in order to be considered for this role.

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience.
