Job Details
The London office of a leading US firm needs a solicitor (1-4 years’ PQE) with good energy transactions & projects experience to join its energy law department.
Candidates who have worked on upstream energy transactions, project finance matters, and/or other energy (or construction) project contracts (e.g. GSAs, EPC, O&M, PPAs) will be given serious consideration, especially if their experience has been gained at a leading City firm.
