Junior Commercial Property Solicitor – Cardiff NQ+
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join my client's team in Cardiff.
The role will involve acting for landowners, investors, developers, funders, occupiers and professionals in connection with a mixture of development, investment, secured lending, landlord and tenant and corporate support work.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a range of property-related matters which include acquisitions and disposals, leases and ancillary lease documents, property finance and corporate support.
All levels of experience will be considered. Previous experience working in a Commercial Property role with an established firm would be an advantage.
