Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Job reference: RPB/3450170
Job description: We are recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join an established law firm near Middlesbrough on a permanent basis.
Day to day duties will include dealing with:
- A caseload of freeholds, leaseholds, sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownerships and new builds
- Post completion matters for more complex files
- Handling own title checks
- Handling re-mortgages, right-to-buys and buy-to-lets
- Checking contract papers, raising enquiries and checking searches
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload without any supervision
Previous experience dealing with Commercial Property matters is desired but not essential.
Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or candidate Qualified by Experience.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
