Job Details
Are you a Solicitor specialising in a full range of litigation including contentious probate? Are you looking to take on more responsibility and a new challenge in your career? If so, this regional Doncaster firm may have the role for you.
Joining a small team, you will have the opportunity to take on a real mixed bag of litigation work covering various areas such as Personal Injury, Commercial, Civil and Property Litigation alongside contentious probate. The team has big ambitions to grow the department and as such, they are looking for somebody who could be proactive and help to develop the work within the team.
The Role:
-Joining a small team, you will take on a real mixed bag of work covering Personal Injury, Commercial, Civil and Property Litigation and contentious probate files.
-You will run your own caseload from start to completion under minimum supervision
-The team has huge potential for growth and as such you will be able to get involved in business development in order to bring new work into the department.
-The role comes with great opportunity for progression and this is a fantastic opportunity for you to really take control of a growing Litigation team.
The Candidate:
-Taking on a senior role in the team, you must have experience of running your own mixed Litigation caseload, ideally with at least 2 years PQE.
-The firm is looking for someone who has broad experience within litigation alongside contentious probate. Candidates must be capable of running with the contentious probate files as there isn't anyone currently in the firm that does this type of work.
-You must also be capable of supervising the work of others within the team.
-You should also have a strong track record of business development and bringing new work into a team.
-Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role, with the ability to liaise confidently with both clients and colleagues.
