RTA Litigation Executive - West Yorkshire

An opportunity has arisen within an established firm who have strong insurance clients but looking to expand the team to deal with claimant work by recruiting RTA Litigation Executives.

The RTA Litigation Executive will manage a mixed Claimant case load on a self-sufficient basis. candidates will be running a caseload till conclusion, including litigation with support - predominantly MOJ cases under the portal system.

The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 6 months experience of handling RTA cases
- Have knowledge and experience of the MOJ portal case management system
- Be a punctual and well organised, enthusiastic individual who can complete tasks swiftly and accurately
- (Previous experience of litigating cases from issue to trial is desirable but not essential)
