A leading regional firm seek an experienced Wills and Trusts Solicitor to join their successful private client team during a continued period of growth.

The successful applicant will handle varied caseload to include the negotiating and drafting of wills and complex estate and trust administration. You will begin working on an existing caseload, but will be responsible for actively marketing and developing new business opportunities in order to contribute to the growth and development of the firm.

This opportunity has arisen due to the growth of the private client caseload within their newest city centre office. You will be the sole practitioner in this area of law, and it is therefore an exciting opportunity to make your mark in the firm and make a real impact on the already established firm.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practicing Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE. You will be confident in handling a caseload of wills and complex estates autonomously, whilst delivering the excellent client care that the firm provides. You will have a keen interest in marketing, and will seek to generate new business opportunities at any given chance.

The salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £35,000 to £55,000 experience depending. Benefits will include private health care and life insurance.
