EL/PL Solicitor / CILEx

I am seeking applications from experienced Solicitors or Legal Executives for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Leeds city centre. Working on a defendant caseload of EL and PL matters, the role will require some supervision within the team so experience in this area will be a distinct advantage.

Day to day, you will be handling a caseload of mixed multi-track EL and PL matters on behalf of both insurer clients and self insured businesses. From instruction to settlement and all areas in between. In addition to handling your own caseload, you will also be responsible for liaising with clients and also supervision of less experienced members of the team.

You will be employed by one of the leading national firms, reknown for their expert advice and quality client care. This is an exciting time to be joinging them in this key appointment.

The successful candidate will be a solid litigator, either from a defendant or claimang background. Experience of handling a complex EL and PL multi track caseload is essential.
