A leading law firm is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to join its London team

Your new company
A large full service national law firm is looking for a senior Real Estate Lawyer to join their team in London. They operate a preferred firm network which supports their clients with all international requirements. Your new role
This law firm's Real Estate team is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to join its' practice group. The firm's Real Estate team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property for both the public and private sector. You will advise on and draft heads of terms, development agreements and associated construction, planning and site disposal matters, funding arrangements, freehold transfer and associated due diligence procedures, grant assignment and lease renewals. Your clients will range from major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require a minimum 2.1 degree from a reputable university, demonstrate a solid track record of property work, with at least 4-5 year's post qualification experience within a private practice team. You will need to be able to demonstrate commitment to property or real estate as a legal specialism. You will need to work well in a team and have experience of establishing and maintaining long term client relationships will also be advantageous.
