PI Paralegal - A new role for a PI Paralegal has arisen in a Personal Injury team in a very well respected law firm in the Birmingham area.
The role:
Dealing with a mixed personal injury case load to include wider litigation matters from civil cases this PI paralegal role sits within an established PI team. The role will require managing files from inception through to final settlement and will enable the successful PI Paralegal to demonstrate their knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation process understanding.
Experience:
The PI paralegal will have at least 12 months experience in handling their own cases involving litigation this may be in a claimant or defendant environment.
Good experience in dealing file either RTA, EL, PL or litigated civil cases.
Strong communication experience.
ability to time manage a case load.
Strong CPR experience.
Salary - dependent upon experience £18,000 to £22,000
