A leading Legal 200 law firm based in Preston are seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to join their well regarded private client department. 
 
The role has arisen due to succession planning and you will be joining a commercially focused firm which can offer a great platform for you to truly excel. 
 
Whist across the department, the focus is to advise HNW individuals, families and trustees on wills, Probate, LPAs, tax and trusts matters. Your role will have a heavy focus on tax planning/IHT and complex trusts.
 
You must have extensive experience of tax and trusts likely gained within a large regional or city firm and be used to dealing with a high net worth client base. A client following would be a distinct advantage, although not by any means essential. 
 
The firm is open to considering both an Tax & Trusts Senior Associate looking to take a step up or an experienced Tax & Trusts Partner who perhaps is looking for a fresh challenge. Although you will be working as part of the wider private client team in Preston, you will have the opportunity to make your mark in the and help further expand the team.
 
On offer is a very competitive salary aligned with a leading firm, likely £50,000 to £100,000 (depending on experience) and will include an excellent benefits package (profit share/bonus/27 days holiday/private medical).
