Job Details
Litigation Lawyer (Maternity Cover)
A litigation solicitor is required for a 9 month maternity contract within the dispute resolution team.
You will undertake work across a full range of litigious matters and candidates will ideally have a broad range of experience in commercial and more general litigation to include contractual disputes, neighbourhood disputes, landlord and tenant and debt recovery. You will be taking over an existing caseload as well as working with senior members of the team assisting with complex matters for clients who include wealthy individuals, SMEs and large national names.
As a dispute resolution fee earner, you will need to demonstrate technical excellence, commercial acumen and people management capability.
