Corporate Commercial Solicitor -
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid company and commercial experience to join a substantial and forward-thinking regional firm.
The work covered will be varied and of a high quality, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructuring, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT/ IP and data protection.
The ideal candidate will be confident in business development and relationship management.
If you have specific Corporate and Commercial experience and you feel you are ambitious and forward thinking, with a desire to grow your career within a well-established firm, then this could very well be the role for you.
