Job Details
A leading Milton Keynes and London based Legal 500 firm is seeking a construction solicitor to join their highly rated team. The clients will include some of the biggest developers and building companies in the UK and work will cover major projects and developments.
You will be a junior to mid level construction solicitor who has ideally mainly dealt with non-contentious matters to include tandard form and bespoke building contracts, sub-contracts, consultant appointments, drafting and negotiating the suite of construction documents in relation to development schemes, collateral warranties, third party rights schedules, assignments and novation agreements. You will ideally have worked across various sectors with experience in dealing with shopping centres, hotels and restaurants and experience of account management, business development and marketing are essential.
