Senior Company Commercial Solicitor
Well-established Cambridgeshire based LLP is seeking a Senior Company Commercial Solicitor with a view of succession planning as a leading member of the commercial team looks forward to retirement.
The Firm have enjoyed many years of success and have an excellent reputation both in Cambridge and further afield and offer all disciplines of business and private law from their City location.
The role offers a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Company Commercial Solicitor to establish relationships with the exiting Partners clients and caseload along with managing their own rewarding caseload. You will undertake an array of duties to include: share and asset sales and purchases; shareholders' agreements; joint ventures; investment agreements; advice on group restructuring; general commercial agreements; secured lending work and; general private company law advice.
Applications are welcome from Solicitors and Partners with at least 8 years' PQE in Company Commercial or corporate matters where you have been responsible for a high level of legal advice in this sector.
