Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive/Property Lawyer

A Residential/ Commercial Property Solicitor is required for a full-time, permanent role with a leading, legal 500 law firm based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Salary competitive, up to £40,000 p/a.

Applications are invited from technically strong, qualified Solicitors/ Legal Executives or Conveyancers who hold both residential and commercial experience. You'll hold upwards of 12 months post qualified experience from a leading regional, High street or conveyancing practice.

The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of both residential and commercial files, from start to finish. My client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals. Candidates must have experience of running their own caseload and dealing with multifaceted and complex transactions with emphasis upon commercial conveyancing matters.

You will be expected to slot into the existing property team and to develop new sources of potential income streams for the business, through networking and business development initiatives. You'll be a strong communicator and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will ideally hold upwards of 1 years PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing.
