The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Compliance Manager into their Croydon City centre office.
You will work alongside a team of three within the compliance department. You will deal with client complains across all practice areas and be the initial point of contact, although as conveyancing is the firm's largest area the emphasis will be on this hence why the firm feel it would be logical for the candidate to come from a property background.

You will deal with explaining the SRA process, investigating matters both yourself and with the relevant heads of department and gluing the whole complaints process together. This will be a varied role where you will manage the internal complaints process across a network of over 500 staff and 20 offices.

This will be an interesting and varied role and will appeal to someone who has an eye for detail.

Requirements

• You will ideally be an ILEX, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a background in property (although the firm are open minded to applicants of other practice areas)
• You will be an excellent communication and comfortable dealing at senior management level
• You will have the ability to be highly organised
• A meticulous eye for detail is necessary
