Job Details
A well-known and highly regarded East Midlands law firm have a great opportunity for a commercial property solicitor at the junior to mid level. The department spans across all of the firms East Midlands offices and has a great work environment coupled with a quality caseload.
The role
The role will provide you with a broad ranging caseload. You will deal with, but not limited to, sales and purchase of commercial property, leases and secured lending. Plus other aspects of commercial property. It is the opportunity to gain fully rounded experience in commercial property rather than being limited to a specific area.
You will work with range of clients from local SME's ranging to regional and national businesses.
You will be given plenty of progression prospects, the firm are always keen to give people the opportunity to succeed and will assist you in this by giving you clear and achievable goals.
The candidate
Ideally the firm is looking for a solicitor with between 1-7 years PQE however they are happy to consider qualified solicitors from experience from outside of this bracket.
You should have clear and demonstrable commercial property experience either in your training contract or post qualification.
You should have excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
