The Person
If you are a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor or have up to 2 years PQE experience in Corporate law, with excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills as well as a strong commercial approach to your work, then this could be the opportunity for you. You will have completed at least one seat in corporate law within a leading regional, city or national law firm and have a real passion to further you career in this area of law. A strong academic background is a must, along with outstanding inter-personal and communication skills.
