The firm is seeking a Plot Sales Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing Tunbridge Wells, Kent office.

The Role

You will join a Top tier, leading national Property team. The team acts for a range of clients including volume house builders, retirement housing providers, commercial developers and housing associations. The work includes site set up, plot sales, home exchanges and resales and help to buy sales.

You will be responsible for preparing sites ready for plot selling in a timely and efficient manner, liaising with clients and their consultants and obtaining and coordinating all necessary information.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years' PQE within a Plot Sales department.
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You will work as one of the largest Property teams
• You should have an excellent technical knowledge, with an eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
