As Senior Lawyer (Regeneration & Procurement) specialising in property and regeneration, you will be responsible for a varied and challenging caseload of property & regeneration work, including all aspects of commercial conveyancing, residential acquisitions and disposals, school property, retail leases, as well as advising on all aspects of local authority land management powers and housing land.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive

able to demonstrate considerable PQE in all aspects of property & regeneration law and practice.
