The Role

Because of their exciting period of growth, this firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their thriving Commercial Property Department in the pitcuresque area of Bromley, Kent.

The Commercial Property department deals with a wide client base put has a specialism in dealing with Hospitals, Dentists, and GP's. You will work with commercially minded lawyers, working closely with the corporate team on transaction-based work and corporate deals, within what are very often tight timescales.

Many of the Lawyers are City trained and move to the firm to have more in the way of work-life balance, but retain a high quality of clients and work.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will deal with a broad caseload which will include; Landlord & tenant, Commercial leases, Portfolio management, Development, Investment, Acquisitions, and disposals.
• You will have excellent prospects for progression
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
