Job Details
An opportunity for an employment associate to join a London firm at a senior level. The right candidate will have the opportunity to join a thriving firm and an already successful team, the role will involve:
Handling Respondent Employment Tribunal Claims and appeals; Drafting Service/ compromise agreements & Contracts of Employment; Providing Corporate Support Guiding employers through grievance and disciplinary procedures; Advising on redundancy and restructuring; Supervision of junior team members
The right candidate will have good experience from within a respected firm and strong academics, as well as an ability to contribute to practice development. A following would also be an advantage.
