A renowned and prestigious top tier national practice is actively seeking a Private Wealth Tax Solicitor to be based in the firms' Newbury office.

The practice is keen to hear from Tax Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years' PQE with strong commercial acumen and knowledge of personal tax. There is no upper limit of PQE so experienced Solicitors are encouraged to apply.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide breadth general tax planning, preparation of annual accounts and tax returns, lifetime planning, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, administration of complex estates, as well as advising high net worth clients on the legal and tax aspects of wills, trust and estates, including asset protection and supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals with power of attorney.
