£40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Leading providers of IT software services seek a dynamic and commercially minded Contracts Manager to join their team to play a crucial role in their ambitious growth plans.

You will be joining a modern and cutting edge software business that focuses on providing technology solutions to a broad range of clients within the public sector.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the business remains legal and compliant during the negotiation, drafting and reviewing of contracts between clients and service providers. You will be the focal point of any internal legal matters within the business to include HR issues, corporate governance and IPR portfolio management.

You will work closely with senior managers and the project and account management teams in order to exceed service expectations and develop commercial relationships with new and existing clients in line with the growth plans of the business.

To be considered for this position you must have proven experience working with commercial contracts in private practice or in-house. You will have a LLB, LLM or equivalent degree, and will have a thorough understanding of the legislation and compliance processes involved in commercial business practices. Qualified Solicitor status is not essential, but applicants should have the technical experience in line with that of a 4 year PQE Solicitor. Applications by Commercial Solicitors are therefore encouraged.

The salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £40,000 to £50,000 along with an attractive benefits package.
