The role would suit an enthusiastic NQ Solicitor or a Solicitor with up to three years' PQE who has handled commercial litigation, ideally with some experience of property litigation (although this is not essential at the NQ level if the desire to specialise in property litigation exists), however applications from more experienced candidates will also be considered. It is expected that you will have good academics, as property litigation is an intellectually challenging but rewarding area of the law, however the most important criteria for this position is the right personality - you need to be enthusiastic and to fit into the existing, friendly team.
