This top 100 firm can offer a corporate solicitor a position within an exceptional team in Cheltenham. This position would suit a highly skilled corporate solicitor who is looking to gain a better work life balance without compromising on the standard of work.
 
As a corporate solicitor in the Cheltenham office you will join a team of around twenty from support staff right through to managing partners. You will be expected to hit the ground running on a diverse caseload but support will be given to junior candidates and the expected PQE for this role is NQ - 4 years.
 
The team is known for its expertise in sectors such as healthcare, defence and security and private equity and they are well versed in handling M&A for listed companies. Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring work, joint ventures and management buy-outs etc.
