Legal Assistant - Flight Claims

My client is a regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to join their new Personal Injury team based in their Fareham.

As a Legal Assistant, you will carry out case handling duties as well as provide administrative support to other case handlers, helping them to progress important cases. This is a busy and demanding role, where duties are diverse, and no two days are the same. You will liaise regularly with a wide range of clients and medical professionals, both over the phone and in writing.

The client is looking for candidates with any claimant PI experience. However candidates without this experience would be considered so long as they have a strong legal background in another field as well as excellent academics.

Candidates who have completed the LPC, but are not necessarily looking for a training contract would be considered as would candidates with a law degree, ILEX qualifications or post graduate legal qualification.
